To clear up the comments from before:
Dasha was actually quoting me. I said that my ENGLISH LANGUAGE has pretty much stayed at the same level since moving to Ukraine... not my general, mental development. But my Russian did get a little better since moving to Ukraine. You can't win them all...
I think it is even funnier now that you have cleared that up. heh.
