Who would have thought this day would come?..
Today at 1 p.m. I'm receiving my diploma = GRADUATING from Universtity!!!
And at 4 p.m. Jamie will be taking his finals (playing 4 different peices at 4 different sets of percussion instruments). Basically for Jamie that means... GRADUATION from the Music Academy!!!!
Afterwards we're having a celebration party at the conservatory with all the percussionists and all the special people who were there for Jamie while his 5 years of school (friends and family, favorite teachers)
So... today both of us will be free people. No more exams!!!

Congratulations to you BOTH! Dasha, what a humble young woman to put Jamie's end-of-the-year party as the focus of your day. We didn't even KNOW that you were receiving your diploma yesterday until we saw you with it at Jamie's recital. He's a fortunate young man to have such a sweet wife.
